Terms of Use

1. About the service

Zimpil (operated by [Company name — to be provided by owner]) lets you browse the stock of local clothing shops, reserve items to try in store and, where available, order for delivery. Shops are independent businesses; they set prices and are responsible for their products.

2. Accounts

You log in with your mobile number (one-time code) or Google. Keep your phone secure. One account may hold several roles (customer, shop member).

We may suspend accounts that misuse the service, for example repeated missed pickups or fake reports.

3. Reservations

A reservation is a free request to a shop to keep an item aside. It is confirmed only when the shop accepts it. The shop keeps confirmed items for its stated hold time (counted in opening hours).

If you miss 3 pickups within 30 days you cannot reserve for 7 days. Please cancel if your plans change.

4. Prices and stock

Shops update their own stock and prices. Each item shows when its stock was last confirmed. Some shops show “Final price at store”, meaning the price may be agreed at the shop.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, scrape it, post false reviews or reports, or interfere with its security.
