Report a brand or trademark problem

For brand owners and people authorised to act for them. Use this form if a listing on Zimpil sells fake goods with your brand, or uses your trademark without permission.

Shopping and something looks wrong with an item? Use “Report a problem” on the item's page instead.

What happens next

We check every complaint. If it is complete and the listing clearly uses your trademark, we hide the listing within 36 hours of receiving the complaint. The shop can answer, for example with its purchase bill, and we then decide. We confirm receipt within 24 hours and resolve complaints within 15 days.
